This house was run down. The owner was hoping to get $243.000. He bought a Cutie package $4995.00 plus additional work total spent $7500. Three weeks later the home sold for $258.000.

Remodel in Mesa
This project had two things that where kind of unique. First, it is an older home and the electrical boxes for lighting were in all the wrong places. We did some custom high ceiling rewiring. The second is that the attic entrance was in the kitchen right by two sunken-in florescent lights. So we rebuilt that ceiling with tongue and groove with custom rustic hardware and a matching light.
